The operator will load the element in the testing docks, test, and unload the OK, and NG into its bin manually. The quality of this machine is very important to make sure it reports the accurate testing result as well as able to reach high hourly capacity demand.
1. The machine has two independent vacuum systems. Each 2 liter pump, equips with a 5 liter pressure tank. To increase its testing efficiency, each system equips with two air pressure testing ports, able to conduct test in 2 seconds.
2. To increase its accuracy, the machine use SMC air pressure sensors. It is also using MAC magnetic valves. As for pressure sensitivity test, it is keeping under 1KPa to increase its accuracy.
3. The machine will automatic decompress after each testing, easy for the operator to place and remove.
